Dr. Tseng and his staff are excellent. Dr. Tseng is knowledgeable and takes his time to explain procedures and your situation. The only downside is that your wait time to see him is always very long. For example, arrived at 9:05am for a 9:15am appointment, saw initial pre-screener at 10 am and didn't see Dr. Tseng until after 10:30am. Had to update my review as I left before even seeing Dr. Tseng. It was 11:15am and there was no update on when I would see him, so I just left. Others patients felt the same way, but decide not to say anything and just wait. He is a great doctor, but only go to him if you have time to wait. If I return, I will have to schedule at least 3 hours for a visit.

I went to see Dr Tseng for second opinion for retinal detachment, he fixed me with laser treatment only, surgery was not necessary for my case!!!!

Dr. Tseng provided a new perspective on an issue I have been having for a long time. The office is updated and with new technology giving his decision all the much more confidence. Staff is helpful and friendly, my first time there

A great practice. The office staff, technicians, and Dr Tseng. I had a very good experience and walked away with a full understanding of my issue. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of help.

Dr. Tseng is a very busy man, & I can see why that is, he is personable, thorough, & a great doctor! Like most retina specialists prepare to be in the office for 2-4 hours. But know that when it is your turn to see Dr. Tseng you will have his full attention. I had lots of questions and concerns & Dr. Tseng took the time to make me feel comfortable & informed.

Dr Tseng is an excellent, caring doctor. The office is abysmally run so you will be waiting a long time . Too many appointments scheduled at the same time does not work. It is unfair to patients.
