Joseph Safdieh's Online Review Report Card

I have been coming to Dr Safdieh for a few years now. He helped me with my issues. He changed my life and I'm so glad he did. I told him all the migraines I have gotten. He right away put me on aimovig. I have had so many less migraines. A lot of neurologists would have told me to wait 6 months to try the aimovig. Dr Safdieh said "let's give it a try". I have also been getting botox every 3 months. The botox alone was not helping my migraines so I needed the Aimovig as well. I am able to a lot of things I have missed because of my migraines. I have been getting migraines since I was 7 years old. Thank you Dr Safdieh for all your help. I am so happy you are my neurologist and I have one question? Where were you when I was 7 years old...😄

The worst doctor ever don’t waste your time. Doesn’t listen to your concerns before you even finish stating what you’re feeling he has 3 medications ready to be prescribed. The entire appointment is about 5 min long. Nicole who he swears is great is horrible and so rude. She cancelled my appointment because she didn’t have my referral, which was sent to them 3 times, I also stated I had a hard copy and will bring it to my appointment the next morning and she said nope I’m canceling the appointment and cancelled. I still showed up the next morning and she claimed it was policy. After asking to see the policy in writing it magically now became a request from the billing department. Spoke to Marisa the manager who assured she will fix everything, and ironically I needed an MRI scheduled and they needed to submit the referral, she promised to take care of it and 2 weeks later still nothing has been sent to the MRI facility so that I can schedule my appointment. The disturbing part is I tried to express my concerns to him about Nicole, I said you don’t want to lose patients because of your staff “he responded idc about new patients, I have plenty. I just wanted to make you happy, but I heard you spoke to marisa so she will take care of it”. Looks like no one cares to work or care about the patients. I would not recommend this office to anyone who is seeking a true medical professional.

I had cluster headaches, I didn’t know what it was. Dr Safdieh, was so kind, he also was the first person that knew exactly what was going on with me, gave me the right medication and instructions, and I haven’t had any issues for the last 2-3 years. Highly recommending

Avoid Safdieh. He rushed my appointment, mis-diagnosed my condition, and did not respond to messages that I asked about my condition and the drug he prescribed. In addition, the frond desk is very rude.

This is such a caring physician. He helped me tremendously with my pain and monitors my condition but also makes sure medications are safe for me and covered by insurance. He always returns messages and helped even when on his own time to get me the right help and medication . His suggestion for treatment is one I should have listened to sooner . He is wonderful and 5 full stars .

Dr. Safdieh is the finest physician I have been lucky enough to have treat me. By far the most knowledgeable, thorough, caring, hands-on, wonderful doctor and human you could ask for. Remembers every detail. Replies immediately to emails. His staff is excellent. Great referral source. Don’t know what I would do without him.
