Truly baffled why anyone would choose this practice. I have been left with ruptured tendons, fear of having another surgery(5 total to repair my hand). This doctor cares nothing for his patients, refuses to answer questions about your procedure, ridicules you if you do ask questions(as well as his staff) and becomes frustrated when you call after hours. Drove 30 minutes to a facial appt with the Aesthetician Priscilla, went in she needed to take my temp I handed out my wrist, (same temp as a forehead) she became rude about insisting she had to do it on my forehead and refused to use my wrist, then while in the consult with her, She explained the treatment and that she need to put a screen up

Horrible Horrible Doctor and human being. Ignored me and when I went to different hospital I was diagnosed within a few hours and was admitted. I recently went to NYP's ED and when I found out that he was gonna be my doctor I requested someone else. I was ignored once again. It took 4 hours but finally someone in charge showed up and granted my request.
