Jun Acupuncture New York's Online Review Report Card

I have been a patient of this practice since 2019 after seeing a number of other practitioners. I would highly recommend, the staff are incredible and I have resolved long standing back pain issues. Additionally, I have recently been attending for general health and well being and have seen incredible results.

I have been going to Jun acupuncture for the past 8 years, to both the Manhattan and Long Island offices. Dr. Jun is the real deal. I have him to thank for much of the goodness in my life. After 25 years of burnout and poor health, he restored vitality in me and helped me learn what I am capable of when my body and mind is aligned. I genuinely believe that I have Dr. Jun’s treatments to thank for getting me into Harvard Law School. I also love how passionate and knowledgeable he is about his craft. Since getting treatments from him, I am happier, more relaxed, more intuitive, and more energetic. I am so grateful to have met him.

Dr. Jun is amazing! I’ve been his patient for years and my weekly visits have helped me stay healthier and even younger with my body and face acupuncture sessions. Definitely recommend and especially the face acupuncture is the best in class.

처음에는 다른 한의원을 몇번 다녔습니다. 내가 부정맥이 생겼는데 심장 두근거림이 너무 심해져서 생활하기 너무 힘들었는데 한의원이 도움이 된다고해서 인터넷으로 찾아 갔었어요. 그런데 몇번 치료해도 아무 변화가 없더라구요. 그러던중에 시어머니가 준한의원 가보라고 권유해주셔서 가보게 되었어요. 그런데 준한의원에서 침 한번 맞았는데도 정말 많이 좋아지는 거예요. 그래서 지금까지 몇달간 계속 맞고있는데요. 정말 많이 좋아졌어요. 지금은 두근거림이 몇주간 한번도 느낄 수 없었구요. 약간 안좋은 느낌이 왔다가도 금방 사라져서 정말 많이 좋아진것을 느낄 수 있어요. 앞으로도 계속 다니고 싶어요. 그리고 가끔 얼굴 피부를 위해 동안침도 맞았는데 정말 확실히 효과가 좋아요. 팔자주름도 많이 얇아졌구요. 양 미간 주름도 좋아졌구요. 무엇보다 얼굴에 남아있던 여드름 흉터들이 거의 완전히 사라졌어요. 사실 정말 놀라워요. 건강을 위해서도 좋지만 얼굴 피부 미용을 위해서도 계속 다니고 싶어요.

준 선생님을 처음 본 것은 한 10년 전쯤 내가 NYU 학생일 때 였어요. 내가 너무 많은 건강상의 문제들이 있어서 대학생활이 너무 힘들었지요. 피부 트러블, 생리문제, 잦은 소화불량에 편두통 그리고 집중을 할수 없어서 공부하기 정말 어려웠어요. 더군다나 혼자 살다보니 이런 건강상의 문제를 견디기 힘들었어요. 그러다가 준 선생님을 만나서 치료를 받으면서 정말 말끔하게 대부분의 문제들이 좋아져서 무사히 졸업하고 좋은 일자리를 얻어 한국에 돌아갈 수 있게 되었습니다. 그동안 병원은 갈 필요없이 몸상태는 아주 좋았어요. 그러다가 몇년전 다시 뉴욕에 올수있게 되었어요. 뉴욕에 오니 먼저 준 선생님을 찾아보고 그때 고마웠다고 얘기하고 싶었는데 일이 바쁘다보니 잊고 살고있었어요. 그러다가 내 몸의 건강이 시간이 지나니 조금씩 문제들이 생겼어요. 워낙 몸이 골골했던지라 지금까지 강행군을 했는대도 이렇게 멀쩡했던 것이 기적이었죠. 그래서 준 선생님을 다시 찾게 되었죠. 준 선생님은 역시나 저의 기대를 저버리지 않으셨어요. 이제 내 몸의 문제들은 조금씩 사라지고 있어요. 점점 몸이 건강해짐을 느껴요. 선생님 고마워요. 아주 아주 아주 감사해요.

I highly recommend Dr. Jun. He is highly skilled and knowledgeable so he can clearly explain to me what is going on in my body. I had seen other acupuncturists before coming to see Dr. Jun, none of them understand what happened in my body. I went to him to treat severe dizziness, headache and digestive issues. Everybody knows my problems. I had these health problems long long times ago. So my doctor knows, my friends know, my church members know and my family knows. Recent I couldn’t work for my health issues. Sometimes I couldn’t drive at all. My co-Worker gives me Dr Jun’s phone number. I thought this is last chance to treating my health issues. I was too tired for my weakness. Dr Jun was the only one person who can understand about what is going on my body in the world. I thought I couldn’t be normal digestive status in my life but now I feel so much better. Everyone was surprised by what I changed after getting treatment. Everyone asks me Dr Jun’s phone number. It is with great pleasure and gratitude that I write this. He helped me long time ago when we had infertility problem. Now my big son is beside me. He helped me and my family a lot of problems – infertility, postpartum care, back pain, memory problem, Thyroid problem, my son’s height growth problem, skin problems, appetite problem, Lung problem and so on. Most Big problem was infertility and Thyroid problem. Recently my husband very likes him more than me. We depend on him every health problem. We enjoy his acupuncture, moxa treatment and hanyak(herbal formula). I don’t think that this writing is not enough to explain about him and my English is very limited. But I just want you to know he is good dr. It is very difficult to meet like this good dr. in new york. I have enjoyed acupuncture for 25 years and I met so many acupuncture dr. in Korea and NY. He is almost Top rank in my experience, actually No1 or No2. I hope that he also keeps health and stay Manhattan forever time.

Dr. Jun does outstanding acupuncture treatments. he is brilliant acupuncturist for bell's palsy and gout. He is totally focused on me, carefully listens to my story, and is fully engaged in the healing. Even he is korean but he can speak chinese little bit so it make me easy. Dr. Jun's work is in a class by itself and is the best I have ever had.
