This is the most inept office I have ever encountered.I regret the moment I set a foot in that place and made the big mistake of going through a procedure.Their expertise is in taking your money and making sure you will keep coming back for more procedure to fix the procedure you started with.No wonder they make you sign a whole folder promising not to sue them.

From the moment I entered the office I was greeted with such warmth. My experience was so amazing with The nurses and Dr Pierre Lapaine. His calm demeanor and expertise, patience, and magical hands!! I went in for Botox and fillers and he was absolutely amazing. I look 10 years younger. I highly recommend Dr Lapaine and Aristocrat. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou !!

Dr. Tehrani botched my stomach so badly after liposuction. It’s been about a year and a half so my results are final and I’m devastated. I am a young woman who got liposuction from him on stomach and flanks and I STRONGLY advise you to not see this surgeon at all. I don’t know what happened but I think he suctioned too much or burnt the inside of my body with the cannula, so I now have all irregular dents, bumps, and red marks all over my stomach. I am so upset it looks horrible. Went in with insecurities and walked out with so much more and depression because of this awful surgeon. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of money. Please do not go to him at all. He is all about the money and it’s very clear. If I can give him 0 stars and sue him I would. I am botched.

I can’t say enough about Aristocrat Plastic Surgery. From the moment you walk into this beautiful facility you feel special. The staff was so welcoming and friendly and Dr. Tehrani is an expert in his field explaining every step of the way. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my Botox.

Dr. Tehrani is hands down one of the best doctors in NYC and him and his team/staff are all AMAZING!! Can't say enough how happy I am with my results and would recommend me hands down for all your cosmetic procedures!

All around great experience - highly recommend

I don’t even know where to start with how amazing my experience was with Dr. Kashan. I originally saw Dr. Kashan about my hair loss which had gotten progressively worse thru the pandemic. His vast knowledge and the care in which he took to explain everything to me was amazing and put me at ease immediately. I also inquired about threads and he once again explained everything to me while addressing all my concerns and answering all my questions. I decided to do both procedures and words cannot fully express how happy and impressed I was with results. My face looks rejuvenated but not overdone I look like a younger more rested version of me ... at 48 years old that’s a pretty big deal. Today was my third session of PRP and the difference after just 2 sessions is insane!!! I have noticeable hair growth and my hair looks thicker...the results have exceeded any expectations I had. I can sit here all night and sing Dr. Kashans praises ... however his work speaks for itself. Dr. Kashan and the staff are amazing to work with and make you feel like the most important person in the room. I highly recommend Dr. Kashan and will definitely be seeing more of him.

I am extremely happy that I choose Aristocrat Plastic Surgery with Dr. Kevin Tehrani. The office and staff have a warmly feel to it as soon as you walk in the door. Everyone at Aristocrat are very nice and personable to the patients and have a special way of making a person feel comfortable. The great neck office is beautiful and always clean. I actually found Dr. Tehrani by googling Brazilian butt lift and I loved the fact that I was able to view some of his work online before I even met him in person. I feel that Dr. Tehrani and many of his staff members are extremely personable and relatable. My procedure went off without any problems and the nursing staff made me aware that if I needed anything to call and they would assist me right away. I have recommended a few people to Dr. Tehrani and I would continue to do so because he is an amazing doctor.
