这个星期一我去预约我孩子去183 east broadway 这家牙医拔牙.我之前去过这家两次.前台女生是黑色皮肤长得像印度人的态度嫉妒恶劣.非常不配合客人一直浪费我一整个下午时间.一直说找不到我孩子的资料之前还一直打电话给我叫我孩子看医生怎么可能找不到我孩子的资料一直和我玩游戏.你们医生不给人看病的吗那你开牙医干嘛!特别是前台女生态度实在极度恶劣一直在玩手机不帮我预约.如果不想帮病人预约的话就直接不要预约为什么要开客人玩笑.一点医德都没有.

This is the worst pediatric dental clinic I've ever been to. The receptionist was extremely rude and impatient, and she lied to me, saying she hadn't seen a doctor there twice before and deliberately told me she didn't have my records. She kept refusing to schedule an appointment for my child, saying it wasn't possible. It wasted my entire afternoo

We've been bringing our kids here for a while, but it's become clear that this office doesn't value the principle of making an appointment. Every visit, even with a scheduled time, we end up waiting anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes before being seen. It's really frustrating to plan ahead, arrive on time, and still spend so much time waiting with kids who are getting restless. I also can't help but feel they may be double-booking appointments. In addition to calling the day prior to confirm the appointment, they always call or text to confirm about half an hour before the scheduled time -- which is unusual. It makes me think they're trying to see which patients will actually show up so they can juggle their schedule. The staff is friendly but to a point if you keep pestering them about your appointment. The dental care itself is fine once you finally get in, but the lack of respect for patients' time and the poor scheduling practices are disappointing. Families deserve better time management and communication from a pediatric dental office.

I loved this place!! Definitely recommendable. The professionalism was beyond my expectations. The front desk was so welcoming and kind. The assistant was also very kind And Dr. Yakubova was amazing, was so patient, caring and understanding and explained to my child the things being done to him to make him feel comfortable. Thank you guys you definitely went above and beyond.
