Es el peor lugar que eh ido lleve a mi niña por primera vez y el personal te agrede verbal mente sin importar que tenemos nino en frente mi niña es autista y se puso nerviosa con esta chica que horrible no lo recomiendo

The worst too long for been seeing

This is my 2nd time coming here my son is 5 years old and he had to get his teeth pull they gave him laughing gas and they was so good with him the doctor was making him feel comfortable and I love that and the waiting was not that bad we was seen fast we be back in 6 months thank you 😊

Hace meses llevé mi niño luego de una espera larga de más de tres o cuatro horas me dicen que el doctor se había hido que le harían una limpieza y volviera para que el evaluara si tenía caries y que el doctor viera a todo estaba bien, llamé para hacer otra cita la cual fue el día de ayer 03/03/2026. Cuando llamé Les dije que era para extraerle dos dientes de leche que tenia porque le habían salido dos dientes y esos aún estaban allí, me llaman ayer mismo para preguntarme porque lo llevaría si ya se le había hecho la limpieza les dije que para sacarle dos dientes de leche me dicen ok. Pues cuando estoy haya al ver tanta gente me paro y le digo que no me dejaran para último para que no me hicieran lo de la última vez que me dejaron hay y cuando me llamaron la doctora se había hido y no pude sacarle el diente al niño. Pues pasan las horas y cuando me llaman es para decirme decirme que el niño tiene una caries y dos dientes de sacar cosa que ya yo sabía que hiciera una citan para que volviera luego que ella no podía atenderme. Es horrible como ellos te agendan una cita para cobrar por la consulta, ponerte a perder tu tiempo y luego decirte que vuelvas luego. Salí a las 11am de mi trabajo para buscar mi niño a la escuela para estar haya a las 1pm para que ellos me ponga a esperar hasta las 4pm para decree que vuelva otro día. Me lo dicieron dos veces seguidas. Busque otro lugar donde llevar a su hijo porque ellos le dan citas a todo el que llama y luego de las 1pm en adelante solo te heck limpieza no chekean la salud dental del niño, es horrible. Un mal manejo y solo piensan en sacarle dinero al seguro. Les di una estrella para poder poner el comentario porque la verdad ni eso se merecen.

El servicio es horrible, te ponen a esperar por horas para luego decirte que el doctor se fue que solo te hará una limpieza o peor aún que vuelva luego que tienen demasiados parientes que no podrán atenderte. La cita te dicen a las 1 pm y son las 4 y aún no te han atendido. Es el peor lugar dental que eh podido ver.

Fui hoy es lo peor mi cita era ala 3’30 pm tengo un niño autista me llamaron ala 4 y algo y me llevaron a un cuarto que ni un Zafacon tenían donde los niños he han la saliva estaba bien sucio le pregunto aúna de la secretaria que dónde está la persona que va atender el niño porque está estresado llorando mucho sabe salgo le digo ala indeseable de la secretaria que porque me manda acostar el bebé cuando nadie lo va atender me dice que si quiere me da otra cita maldito sitio más nunca vuelvo son unos asqueroso y le hoy a llamar al departamento de salud porque son niños y pueden cojer cualquier bacteria

Yal been having bad reviews for a long time. Owner responds but none is being fixed all ya did was add “excuse for the wait signs” I don’t think you’re taking these reviews serious enough … your loosing clients clearly & would loose more. it seems nobody wants to really do their job im VERY observant and I watched workers walk around doing NOTHING while theirs people outside waiting and while I was also waiting. I believe since they noticed I was asking questions they were prob nervous to attend to me due to not wanting or having the answer or wanting to do the work. ?? Seems nobody likes to do the cleanings so they’ll make you wait until someone finally decides to do it. Most workers seems lazy . You should hire new people ! Even though I seen yal did but guess’s what monkey see monkey do. they gotten too comfortable and think it’s okay. I seen a girl get excited that she’s about to leave and it was only 2pm .. when they close at 4. Starting to think they purposely don’t book people after a certain time so they can go home. I also see they don’t follow the first come first serve basics. They’re not organized or just don’t care. Makes me wonder if they don’t care about the little things how can I trust their judgement on anything else. Or maybe yal get paid more for certain things it’s making me questions the malpractices. I wish I got a second opinion on my son before crowning 8 of his teeth’s . Which I didn’t find out till the day off ? I hope that’s not for a payday . I seen a paper that said he had a due date follow up and nobody ever called for it. And his crowns are apparently all loose. I’m hoping that’s really for the reason they stated and his not left without any teeth. If yal don’t like ya job get a new one !!

In my experience, the waiting time in this place is horrible. My son’s appointment was for 12:30pm, he got seen at 2pm. The service they provide is great, the doctors are great. If they could only work on the waiting time to be less than an hour that would make a big difference.

Al principio era un centro nice , pero ahora las que trabajan ay dan información mal cuando llegas a la cita te disen que no es la hora de la cita , creo que el manager debe tomar en cuenta eso porque muchas persona piden permiso en el trabajo para ir a las cita de los hijos .no lo veo de buen gusto que cuando lleguen a la cita digan que no era la hora en si buscaré otro lugar donde tenga mejor atención al cliente y den buenas información

Never an issue here and the Doctor my son had today was beautiful (even with her mask on) polite, informative, gentle and just amazing with him! I think she said her name was Sunny. Well she definitely brightened up my day!☀️
