After trying at another clinic for a year, I just started with Kofinas. So far so good! Dr.Narine in Long Island is very patient and knowledgeable and professional. And the Broadway office could not be more welcoming and kind. Thank you to Searra, Rebecca, Amanda and the nurse that’s from DC. Your genuine compassion, clarity, relatability and sense of humor is really appreciated and made me feel so good. As a patient we actually feel valued, thank you again.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Narine to remove a fibroid via hysteroscopic myomectomy. After my insurance coverage fell through last minute at another facility, I appreciated the Kofinas Group’s ability to quickly schedule my appointments. It was my first surgery, and I was very nervous, but the nurses and Dr. Narine put me at ease. They were very patient, answering any question I had. Everything went incredibly smoothly, including recovery. I’m happy I chose this facility and would recommend it.

I cannot recommend Kofinas Fertility enough, especially Dr. Narine. From the moment I walked in, her entire team was compassionate, supportive, and professional. Dr. Narine, along with all of the PAs and nurses took the time to answer my questions, ease my worries, and guide me through each step of the IVF process with care and expertise. Thanks to their dedication, I am now pregnant and graduating from the clinic - something I once only dreamed of. Happy to recommend Kofinas Fertility Group and working with Dr. Narine. My husband and I visited the clinic after trying for a baby for 10 months naturally. We worked with Dr. Narine to run tests and figure out what was preventing pregnancy for us. She removed polyps that could have been preventing implantation and answered all the questions and concerns we had. Working with Kofinas was super informational for us and we felt comfortable being in their hands!

DON"T DO IT!!! IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!! Read the review by Carol V. All true. Don't Fall for the scam!! Billing Dept has no idea of what they are doing.

What a SCAM!! I never write reviews and I could not write one for this horrific, irresponsible & lying office. I made an appointment for a consultation and asked over the phone if I had to make any out of pocket payments. The answer was NO. On the day of my appointment, I paid my copayment and they did lab work which I wasn’t expecting. Before the lab work was done, I asked several nurses if I was FULLY covered and they said YES and I didn’t need to pay anything out of pocket. I assumed they called my insurance. Fast forward to a couple of weeks, I had two calls to discuss my lab results and finance options. They were supposed to send me the financing information and never did. I spoke to Dr. Kofina on another call and he pretended on the call that he was emailing me the financing document via email and never did. He kept on asking me what other questions I had in mind and that treatment could be started the following month. Obviously I was being rushed to do a costly treatment that had side efects. Two weeks later I received a Labcorp bill saying that have to pay over $200 for lab work. I called Kofinas twice and explained why this was irresponsible and unacceptable for a patient to pay a bill when they were told it was all taken care of and was ASSURED by several nurses that nothing was to he paid out of pocket on the patient side. They HUNG UP on me TWICE and never called back! Please be aware of the scam of this office, lack of communication and lies!!
