When I first decided to freeze my eggs, I was overwhelmed since I had never done it before, but after my first consultation with Dr. Kofinas I was immediately put at ease. He is smart, kind, thoughtful and made the whole process seem manageable. The office locations are convenient and beautiful, and the nurses are friendly and personable. I did two cycles of egg freezing with Dr. Kofinas and throughout the whole process I felt I was in good hands.

Top notch medical team and care has been amazing. Definitely not their fault that fertility treatments make my wife a little batty but they are there every step of the way.

Thanks to Dr. Jason Kofinas and his team I have a beautiful son and a daughter imminently on the way. Dr. Kofinas and his clinic gave me the best results in terms of number of embryos produced and success rate. Before my pregnancies, I had been to five other clinics with no results. One of those clinics, a big name clinic with multiple locations, diagnosed me with "unexplained infertility," leading me to believe I would never have children of my own. Other clinics also suggested I use donor eggs or just continue to do more IVF cycles. Dr. Kofinas was the first and only doctor who truly wanted to understand the underlining issues of my infertility. He suspected silent endometriosis and suggested I also remove a large fibroid that had grown due to the multiple IVF cycles I underwent. During a laparoscopy, performed by Dr. Kofinas himself, he confirmed the endometriosis. Afterwards, I became pregnant right away on the first cycle, and again with my second. Dr. Kofinas and his team were the first place who treated me like a person, not just as a patient or number. Both he and his staff were extremely personable with wonderful bedside manners and I genuinely felt like they wanted to help me. Dr. Kofinas was constantly at the monitorings, making sure he addressed any of my questions and concerns, and follow up questions were addressed either at the clinic visit or within the same day in an email from Dr. Kofinas himself or the staff. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about Kofinas Fertility and Dr. Jason Kofinas. He is incredibly intelligent and evidence-based in his approach, but also chill and easy to talk to—he made me feel comfortable asking any question throughout treatment. I came here on the recommendation of a family friend who struggled for 8 years with fertility due to a rare genetic disorder. The Kofinas team was the first to uncover it, and thanks to them, she achieved a twin pregnancy. Her success gave me the confidence to begin my own journey, and I’m so glad I did. Their embryology lab at the main office on 65 Broadway is outstanding—only the most advanced, state-of-the-art equipment is used, which gave me total peace of mind. The Central Park West team are the STARS of the show: Lydia, has such a bubbly and warm personality that made every visit easier, and Luz is truly the best phlebotomist I’ve ever met. The entire staff was consistently kind, attentive, and supportive. After a year of treatment, it was bittersweet to finally graduate to my OBGYN because it felt like leaving family behind. I will always recommend Kofinas Fertility to anyone who wants the absolute best science, care, and compassion during their fertility journey.

Dr. Jason Kofinas is very patient and considerable of my conditions and performed the necessary tests and procedures to get me ready for the baby. The nurse team is very nice and responsible for questions. I’m really glad I chose Kofinas with such good experience and now is expecting the baby!

As a second generation fertility physician, he seems to have been born for this role. Dr. Kofinas masterfully combines expert reproductive medicine with surgical skill and evidence-based practice. He regularly cited research studies when answering my questions and crafting my plan of care. I came to Kofinas frustrated, after being told by 2 gyns and a female PCP that I just needed to be patient and think positively to get pregnant again after a miscarriage. Fortunately Dr. Kofinas laid out the facts and designed a treatment plan that worked exactly as described. A few more reasons to chose Kofinas Fertility are: 1. They own their own reproductive surgical center. This is optimal for consistency of care because your same physicians do both your medical & surgical interventions. 2. Clinics are immaculate- probably the cleanest I've ever been in. 3. Nursing & administrative staff are super pleasant and helpful. For the entire year I received care at Kofinas, staff were consistently friendly and responsive to questions. They truly seem to love working at Kofinas! 4. Dr. Kofinas places a strong emphasis on vitamin regimes and the Mediterranean diet, alongside necessary medications. 5. Offices are beautiful, with a modern aesthetic & good music. Might sound trivial but it makes one feel better receiving treatment in a beautiful setting. Thank you to Dr. Jason Kofinas and staff, especially nurses Tierney and Juany. SCAM UPDATE: This fertility office has the reputation for not calling your health insurance prior to your visit. They confirm you’re fully covered and bill you for 100% of the service. Beware that when you go for your consultation visit, they’ll make you do a sonogram which is a new bill besides your blood work. Your insurance may not cover all these separate services. They said they called my insurance and it was a lie. It was only to bill me. The nurses at this office can’t be trusted and are aware of the scams going around in this office (see other reviews below). Best advice is to consider other clinics in NYC…there are many! And don’t refer anyone here. REVIEW: What a SCAM!! I never write reviews and I could not write one for this horrific, irresponsible & lying office. I made an appointment for a consultation and asked over the phone if I had to make any out of pocket payments. The answer was NO. On the day of my appointment, I paid my copayment and they did lab work which I wasn’t expecting. Before the lab work was done, I asked several nurses if I was FULLY covered and they said YES and I didn’t need to pay anything out of pocket. I assumed they called my insurance. Fast forward to a couple of weeks, I had two calls to discuss my lab results and finance options. They were supposed to send me the financing information and never did. I spoke to Dr. Kofina on another call and he pretended on the call that he was emailing me the financing document via email and never did. He kept on asking me what other questions I had in mind and that treatment could be started the following month. Obviously I was being rushed to do a costly treatment that had side efects. Two weeks later I received a Labcorp bill saying that have to pay over $200 for lab work. I called Kofinas twice and explained why this was irresponsible and unacceptable for a patient to pay a bill when they were told it was all taken care of and was ASSURED by several nurses that nothing was to he paid out of pocket on the patient side. They HUNG UP on me TWICE and never called back!! Please be aware of the scam of this office, lack of communication and lies!!

Treating with Dr. Kofinas was the best decision I made during my long IVF journey. I started at NYU, where it was impossible to speak with a doctor and I felt like I was getting the same standard treatment repeatedly without good results. The difference between NYU and Kofinas was night and day - Dr. Kofinas and the nurses are kind, hands-on, take time to explain things, and are super available. I felt like each part of my treatment was specifically tailored to me. We had amazing results with Dr. Kofinas after years of bad ones with NYU. I can't recommend them enough, they changed everything for me!
