Dr. Brown is wonderful. Super knowledgeable, trustworthy, and awesome with any cosmetic need. One thing I've learned working with him is to trust him! He knows what he is doing. Highly recommend.

I've been going to Dr Adele Haimovic for ~3 years now and I love her! Not only do I find her personable but she just knows her $hi*t! After an IUD caused severe acne, she helped my skin get back on track. She's also helped me with cosmetic procedures that have made me feel my absolute best. My skin is glowing these days and I owe it to her.

Told them I had a short window for the appointment, they assured me it was fine. Filled out all forms before arriving (twice because they lost them initially). Got there and waited 40 minutes in my underwear. Ultimately had to leave before the appointment. Will not be going back.

Dr Brown did an excellent job with my Mohs surgery. I am in his debt for saving me from the need for a skin graft. Greeat work! Many thanks!

(please read the below before judging) My visit was good but the doctor didn’t explain to patient clearly that there was an extra cost coming from another provider, so I ended up receiving an unrecognized bill, leaving me confused. The lack of transparency in regards to billing and insurance is really bad in the US but I understand this is a whole systemic problem and is not any doctors fault per se. Yet, doctors and clinics should try their best to communicate to patients. The system is awful but that doesn’t mean we have to live with it without saying anything.

Dr. Haimovic’s attention to detail is impeccable. I went to Dr. Haimovic for a routine body scan and she found an abnormal mole on my thigh. I was visibly nervous from the experience and she did an incredible job at explaining what she thought it was and what the next steps should be. We decided to remove it on the spot and have it biopsied immediately. Days later the results came in and she was on vacation, but she took it upon herself to call me (from wherever she was) and deliver the results personally. It was a gesture I really appreciated and one that you don’t see that often. I have recommended Dr. Haimovic to many people and I will continue to see her for years to come.

I waited for over 40 minutes past my appointment time just for Dr. Haimovic to come in, briefly glance at my hand (where i am having a skin problem), and write a generic prescription in less than 60 seconds then she was out the door. Offered no explanation for why I might be having problems or how long treatment could take. Cost me a $50 copay, a $15 prescription, and my skin problem is still persistent.. Too many dermatologists in NYC to have to put up with this kind of disrespect.

Great overall service

I've had to make many visits to Dr. Brown for frequent skin checks and mohs surgery to deal with some Basel cell spots. He's always been great but in the COVID era it's next level: office is running perfectly on time, no waiting in crowded waiting room, everything very clean. It's like a Swiss watch. I felt a very high comfort level. Other doctors should look to this model because he's figured it out.
