這診所的設備十分落後，他們測試病人的聴力時竟讓病人聴到儀器發出的聲音時便 "舉手"示意，因醫生在窗外看著我舉手：我的手若舉得不太高醫生是無法看到的，可我是來作聴力測試不是來做運動的啊！你們不斷讓我舉手這樣合適嗎？ 他們除了儀器落後外：他們的手續也相當繁瑣，我到那裡診斷後：他們把報告送到我的家庭醫生裡讓我的家庭醫生簽名：然後我須親自到我的家庭醫生裡那拿回報告跟著再交給他們他們才能進一步為我提供服務……。
