I have been going to LA for years now...two separate locations in SF and two in NYC. Today, Ally and Angela were the sweetest. I seem to be getting less able to numb over time. It's a thing, it's called Tachyphylaxis! But the Clear and Brilliant is so effective, I keep coming back after enough damage has set in. C&B gets rid of all of my scars after 1-2 treatments. And then I make mote. So you see, I need these treatments. Ally and Angela went above and beyond today to help me feel less pain. In fact, at every location I've been to, the nurses have been wonderful!

I LOVE this location!!! This was my first time at LaserAway, so I didn’t know what to expect but it was a great overall experience. The receptionist Maria was so friendly and extremely helpful. I’ll be back :)

Ive been coming to this laser away for the last year for laser hair removal. I like them because they aren't too pushy with selling services. I've had good results on my under arms and face. I've renewed my packages for my face because it gets hormonal. The technicians are also really good. You have to tell them what you need though. since they tell you to shave the area before had, its hard for them to see where you need treatment the most. In my experience they like the direction so they know how to give you the best results
