I went in with knee pain and completely disconnected with why I was experiencing it. Richard asked me a few questions and he started to work on my knee right away. After a few mins of his routine my pain started to go away. He also provided some exercises that I could do on my own. I’m very happy and feeling thankful for Richards expertises.

I've been working with Dr Lang for over a year now and I cant believe the difference. I'm a grandma with a life full of athletic injuries and now I'm pain free, fully upright and able to work on my feet in the studio all day long. Dr Lang has gotten me back to my old fully active self! Besides which he's a lot of fun, and always professional. Ask him about Advanced Biostructural Correction. Not many people practice it, but it really works. A step up from the usual chiropractic or physical therapy, for sure.

seeing dr fries for prenatal chiropractics. she is knowledgeable, attentive, and practices the webster method for pregnant women. my doctors attribute baby’s positioning to regular treatment from dr. fries. can’t recommend enough!

As an avid practitioner of multiple martial arts, specifically Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, injuries and aches and pains are a part of my daily life. I'd been fighting a knee injury for about three months before Dr. Richard Mak and his Redcord regimens at Clinicube took it from basically unusable back to 100% in just over 10 visits. Before coming to Dr. Mak, I had tried the traditional methods of recovery; ice, rest, and foam rolling, much to no avail. Dr. Mak is knowledgeable, practical, fun to talk to, and his methods work. Whenever anyone asks me where I went to fix my knee, I always direct them to Clinicube.
