I am very satisfied of Dr Alonso medical care and advice. I was able to control my A1C to 5.4 from 7.1 when I first visited with her in February 2024.

This was my first visit with her. Dr. Alonso is professional, courteous and she pays attention and she answered my all questions I asked. I am at prediabetic level for the last 10 years and not taking any sugar related medicines. She did not prescribe any medication at this time, but recommended proper food habits with little exercise and wanted to see me in 6 months. I believe she is a great fit for managing my sugar issues.

Having never been sick, I suddenly became severely ill with 911 world trade center related lung issues. I am very thankful, for Dr. Alonso and the entire team at Weill Cornell Medicine. Dr. Alonso is incredibly knowledgeable in the field of Endocrinology, up to date with new studies and medications, is patient, compassionate and kind. Dr Alonso truly takes the time to listen to her patients. She returns calls and hospital portal messages quickly. My lung and medication treatments have impacted a number of other medical disciplines and doctors including, cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, lung transplant, nephrology, nutrition, radiation oncology, urology and my primary care physician. Dr Alonso works across medical disciplines to ensure continuity and quality of patient care.You could not find a better Doctor in the field of endocrinology. Honestly, I cannot recommend Dr. Alonso enough!
