Dr Lauren Schwartz was very professional and knowledgeable. Answering my questions. Very patient. Staff was friendly and professional. My only issue is with the process of signing in when you get to the office. The digital system was a bit confusing. But eventually a Staff member came over to help me. Definitely would recommend Dr Lauren Schwartz to anyone looking for a great gastroenterologist dr.

Dr Schwartz is the best doctor I have had. She is calm, compassionate, and extremely intelligent. Gastro stuff can be tricky and she knows exactly what to do and say, and it works!

Dr Schwartz was very detailed in her explanation on my upcoming procedure, and on the day of my visit the staff were all extremely caring and helpful. Dr Schwartz made me feel at ease and was there to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend her.

I can honestly say that Dr. Lauren Schwartz might be the best doctor I have come across in my several decades on this planet. I original chose her due to her impressive credentials and because her name is the same as mine, so it seemed like it was meant to be. I'm so glad I did, because not only did she resolve the multiple medical issues I was having, but she has the best bedside manner I've ever come across. She is smart, gentle, kind, calm, thorough, and effective. I visited her once in person, then a second time for a medical procedure, then finally for a virtual appointment. Each time she was fantastic. A couple notes on the facility, itself. The digital check-in process is very easy and the facility is very clean. The front desk staff was very pleasant both times I visited. On the day of my procedure, I was feeling very uncomfortable due to privacy concerns at their treatment facility. The staff was asking me private questions regarding my health in a room full of other patients and I didn't want to divulge this information in such a public space. It seemed like some of the staff were exasperated and inconvenienced because of this, stating "everyone else does it." Dr. Schwartz was able to calm me down before my procedure and later she confirmed that she provided my feedback to her staff, which I did not ask her to do, but I was appreciative that she did and that she followed up with me. Overall, I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing specialty care.
