Doctor was on time. My concerns were listened to, the exam was easy, and the appropriate tests were ordered. His available follow up appointment had to wait 2 weeks after the scheduled test, because of how tight the test appointments are. Overall, I’m very pleased.

Dr, Lustig is a very knowledgeable, pleasant, and caring physician. He spends enough time with me to explain everything in language I can understand. He did an excellent job removing a tumor from my inner ear and reconstructing my ear bones - not any easy task! His staff is very nice, as well. I never had to wait long in order to be seen. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Lustig has been treating my mother for several years now for her hearing loss. From the moment I met him at NYPW and witnessed his professionalism and how he cared for his patients, I knew I wanted him to care for my mother. My Mother has been so grateful under the care of Dr.Lustig who has helped her hear again. Dr. Lustig is not only caring and professional but he takes time to give full explanations , completely answers questions and is very patient. WE highly recommend him!
