Lean on We was a huge help for our family. They connected us with two different caregivers over the past year. With these caregivers support we were able to allow my Mom to remain at home. The caregivers were kind, professional, caring and sensitive to an 87 year old person who still wanted to remain in the decision making role for herself. So grateful for Lean on We.

I wrote a review yessterday but I don't see it. I am most happy with Lean on We for sending me Rejoice. Rejoice and I have been together for 2 years and there couldn't be a nicer, more considerate person. i have severe osteoarhtritis with a few cardiac situations. Rejoice takes care of my every need and reminds me when things need to be orfered. My home is spotless with Rejoice doing everything ie cooking, cleaning, watering plants but most importantly taking care of me and making my life bearable and enjoyable. Thanks again Lean On We! When my mother died about 9 years ago, my brothers and I worried about our eldest brother. We wanted to find some sort of assisted living situation for him as he was unable to care for himself independently. However, he was determined to stay in our family home. Lean on We was a lucky find. He had a caregiver, Charmaine, who came to the house three times per week. She drove him to his appointments and around town as needed. She made sure that there was food in the house. She was easy to be in touch with and called whenever there was an issue or problem. Thanks to this arrangement, my brother was able to live the way he wanted until his death. I am thankful for that. Thanks Charmaine and Lean on We.

The reason why I feel the way I feel because I was a recent applicant and a question was asked towards me for something that happened 4 years ago I didn't get in trouble I got picked up for something that for a fight that happened in my building where I lived at you know I ended up getting it then cleared off of the first court case I had nothing to do with the whole thing all together but due to the fact the owner of the house they didn't get down there to the courts so after we had already been to rain I should have never been in there from the beginning the next time when I went to court the owner of the court I mean owner of the house was there with me on my behalf at the court telling him I had nothing to do with it they cleared everything and I was back to work within two weeks I got clearance real quickly that was 4 years ago so to sit here when the whole something against somebody doesn't make any sense at all when I'm currently working right now now this is the first time I've ever had an interpretation brought to me like this nobody is held nothing against me now I didn't even have to even say anything to you I could have just went on with it because regardless of the fact that when they came up as anything I'm working as we speak you know and I don't understand how you sit there and think I'm a detriment to anybody and nobody's ever thought that to me but like I said y'all make your own management decisions that I feel was wasted you know really to be honest with you so you know if that's how you're conduct business and you know it is what it is right there you know that would be your loss right there but y'all handle that so immaturely right there if it was a supervisor somebody you should have been able to speak to somebody personally right there you know all this email and everybody and then you can't speak to nobody and get no understanding is real childish also right there so that being said you know everybody hives behind emails and all y'all made the initial call and you call me and what not walking the supervisor come and talk to me and let me even explain because this is the first time that's ever happened no other agency that I have ever went and put in for right here it's been like that and trust me I am registered under exclusive agencies right there so this doesn't make any sense right here like I said it is what it is

I was so excited working for this company but unfortunately this is not a good company AT ALL. They don't care about they workers they have no cases at all. If you are on a case and something happens to your client u are out of work for months . They don't care about the caregivers at all which is sad because we are the ones doing all the work. I would not recommend this agency at all.....

I am an HHA that paid this company to find me private jobs. They took my money to find me work, but claimed they are having problems to do so, so I should find work else where. They claim my page is active, but it's saying blocked from my end. Spoke them 2x about getting me work over the last 2 weeks and their advice is foolishness after taking my money to do so.

The professional staff at Lean on We made process of finding a caregiver quick and easy. They were with us every step of the way. We can't rave too much about the people and the process.
