Lee Catherine does not have an adequate amount of comments to generate the sentiment analysis.
Came to Dr. Lee for constant problems related to voice and fever which was interfering with my job. Excellent results. Excellent followup. One of the few physicians who calls you with the results from the lab and explains everything meticulously. When I had contracted Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever from a tick bite, within two weeks, I was treated and the infection was caught in time. Dr. Lee and the Charles Wang Community Center reflects the ideal values the medical profession should live up to but doesn't. My opinion, you can't get better care anywhere (at least in this country) then from the Charles Wang Community Center and doctors like Dr. Lee.
I first was referred to Dr. Catherine Lee at the Charles Wang Center about 10 years back. I had difficulty breathing and vocal problems after 9/11 as I was 1/2 block away. Dr. Lee and her collegues have provided nothing short than exceptional care. She has accurately diagnosed, and referred me to similar professionals who, I can honestly say, helped me achieve a 360 degree turnaround in my health. It's a rarity to find a doctor who follows up with her patients immediately when tests come in.
Excellent, Caring Physician. Dr. Catherine Lee and her staff goes beyond the extra mile for her patients, making sure their health comes first. I know. For 10 years, Dr. Lee has helped me alleviate health issues which arose being in downtown NYC the day of the infamous 9/11, to expertly diagnosing illnesses like Rocky Spotted fever which played havoc with my health, making sure this 60 year old today, is in better health than I was in my 30's. The Charles Wang Center (where Dr. Lee works) on NYC's Canal Street should become the model for what medical centers can achieve when they put the patient first. The staff is first rate, friendly and accurate. I am lucky, after experiencing a lifetime of awful medical care to have found Dr. Lee (along with Dr. Edwin Tan, Dr. Young and a staff of incredible and helpful social workers). For those of you who've read my reviews, you know I speak my mind and I couldn't give their service 5 stars if Dr. Lee and the Charles Wang Center and staff didn't truly deserve it.
This office is a complete joke. During my time there, I didn't get to meet the dr. once, it's like the techs and NPs are the only people you will ever get to talk to. I am never coming back and switching my PCP because I asked for a form to be signed by the doctor as it is required by my job, and they were arguing that it would be fine if the NP signs it. So of course, I tried submitting the form signed by the NP, it got turned down, then I asked them to redo it, and they had the worst attitude. I was told that the dr will sign it whenever she has time, meanwhile PEOPLE HAVE HADEADLINES!! The level of ignorance is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and choose a PCP that you will actually get to meet.
very bad attitude..

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
