If I could give them ZERO STARS! I would I went toThe hospital during the pandemic. Me and my brother were sick couldn't even breathe! We didn't know if it was covid because at the time we were still trying to figure out what covid was. The doctor was very rude he told us that we put them in danger for coming into the hospital because we had a health concern that could possibly be covid ! He was very prejudice very condescending especially considering that we are young adults. I wont ever come here again! If you happen to be a person of color or young and have a health concern don't even bother they don't care… why do they even allow people who act like this into The health industry smh

It was a nightmare. I stayed there for 3 days but it’s very chaotic, dirty, and unprofessional people who work here. I received bills which are scams (false amounts). I am just asking myself why no one does something against that. Horrible, hopefully will never go there again.

OK so my experience With Lenox hill hospital Goes as follows whenever I called the representative over there they all gave me attitude And they have a policy only 2 visitors allowed from 3 to 7 dont touch this hospital!!!!!

Some of the staff are lovely!! But the beds... So painful. I needed pain meds to sleep in them

I went in for major spinal surgery. The nurses are the true healers. They were sweet, attentive, friendly wonderful. The ordilys were also incredibly helpful and would pop in for a friendly visit from time to time. Even the young woman who weeled me to my car was a joy to be around. 10/10

Wonderful nursing and care staff. Every person I came in contact with for 3 days was wonderful. Superb nursing and care of the 9th floor !! Thank you Lenox Hill Hospital !!
