I just had a molar extracted and bone graft I lower jaw, two implants installed in upper jaw and a lump where I bit my lip removed. I could not be happier (unless the prices were cheaper). The office is spotless, staff is friendly and he is an amazing surgeon who gives you his cell # is you have a problem!

wonderful thorough, took the time to explain everything to me. Told me not to worry. He said he would take care of me. Carefully reviewed my medical conditions. Was familiar with the medications I was taking. Did not push any procedures. I was lucky to find him after three wrong diagnoses

Similar to what other people experienced, 1) the secretary offered me extraneous services not covered by insurance. 2) secretary incorrectly assumed my insurance did not cover the co-payment and a mandatory service. They charged me for it upfront. 3. The doc assumed my ethnicity. I don't eat rice or spicy food. You could just ask me this stuff. It's 2021.

He is condescending and rude. He had to audacity to say that that I shouldn't be worried about how my claims were submitted because he provided such AMAZING care. I don't care how good the service was (and it was not, he put a trigger point injection in the wrong spot of my jaw and I couldn't open my mouth for weeks.) insurance fraud is not something to be taken lightly

Dr. Nikoyan is not a trustworthy provider and is very condescending and rude. They take money up front, saying that it is mandatory, and if you pay with a credit card, there is a small signing screen with no words on it, and you have to sign it, once you get the print out it states that with that signature you are approving the business to keep your card on file and charge as they need, they also intentionally submit invalid insurance claims with different prices.

Today was my second surgery and I was a little bit nervious. Dr. Nikoyan absolutely amazing professional, so patient, caring and always takes the time to explain everything so you feel comfortable. I highly recommend.
