Dr. Ward is an amazing chiropractor. I have recurring issues with pinched nerves and he's able to fix them in one or two visits. He's the best chiropractor in NYC.

The TLDR: I can dance and work now. Even my mood has changed. No surgeries, no medications. What more do you want? My body has always been a bit of a puzzle: random intense headaches, joint pain, frequent brain fog. I started doing chiro a while back and found that it helped with the headaches and overall I just felt better. But going to Dr. Ward really took it to the next level. First, he has really clean technique. He's able to adjust me without me getting in the way - it's quick and smooth. And the results show. When I came to Dr. Ward I couldn't stand straight without pain killers. I had to quit salsa dancing. I was worried that I couldn't work (I'm a server at a restaurant). After about a month, I was off the pain meds and soon after I was dancing again. I never had to take a day off work. Another thing I noticed that really surprised me was that my mood was definitely better. I had more energy - something in my body felt smoother and that seemed to affect my brain. I can't say enough about them - because that includes their office manager Shawnee! Both of them very caring the whole way through. 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10, One billion stars!

Exceptional service. Went for my first time today (with a Groupon) to get a pinched nerve in my neck checked out and started the visit with a great conversation with the receptionist. She was endlessly sweet and had me seen by the doctor within 10 minutes of arriving. Dr. Ward seems like he really cares about your health. He showed me my x-rays and explained exactly where the pain was coming from, what nerves it was affecting, and his plan for my treatment. Very warm and knowledgable, I felt very safe in his care. Will definitely be back! Keep doing what you're doing, Madison Ave Chiropractic!

After a long search for the right chiropractor, I finally found Dr. John, and I’ve been seeing him for two years now. He is incredibly professional and kind. shawnee, the receptionist, always greets me warmly and makes me feel like part of the family. Highly recommend!

✈️ I’m so grateful , Dr. Ward has helped me many times .!!!! For anyone who regularly travels or who might need care at different hours he has an option where he will fly ✈️ to you for a fee. To me that’s worth it . I thought I’d mention this for those of you constantly on business trips all over the world . Well the doctor is good, I got really disappointed with them because I would always call to schedule my appointments and nobody would even answer nor return my call.

Clearly looks like the receptionist prioritizes old customers over new customers. If you are groupon customer dont bother coming here you'll be last to call. If she sees a paying customer she will brush you off and focus on them. Been siting here for an hour and I have seen people called in who came after me. No point signing in. Had to reach out to the receptionist twice to get the patient form. Update: Got called near closing (2 hr wait). The receptionist kept justifying that they were old customers.
