I went to Manhattan Audio, and I was seen by Audiologist Meredith Scharf. She was wonderful, patient and professional. She gave me a Hearing Test and then spent a lot of time with me explaining the results. I do need hearing aids and i would not hesitate to get them from her. It is rare today to find someone who will spend time with you. The whole experience at Manhattan Audio was great.

Audiologists in general do not like to work on hearing aids you did not buy from them. Dr. Jake Marsden was willing to run verification testing on my Rx for the (very reasonable) cost of an office visit, without requiring an expensive year long package of follow up care which I didn't want or need. If my needs ever become more complex I would not hesitate to return to him. Very highly recommended,

I have been using hearing aids for a long time, and Manhattan Audio has been a pleasure to work with. I have the latest Phonak hearing aids, which perform exceptionally well. Since I live far away, most of my follow-up appointments have been conducted remotely using the Phonak app. They also helped me obtain an ADA accommodation from my employer. The office staff is invaluable, making it easy to schedule appointments and address all my needs. Overall, my experience has been excellent.

Dr Jake Maddison at Manhattan Audio and staff are amazing and very kind and professional. This is the fourth Audio I have been going to and most of others they just try to sell you stuff while this is the first Dr who told me no need to buy anything as you are fine. I really appreciate this amount of honesty and professionalism. The front office staff are so kind and nice. Thank you
