I've seen Dr. Jeanette a number of times over the course of a year for treatments addressing stress, general maintenance, focused relaxation, and most recently (today) because of an acute back spasm. Dr. Jeanette was able to fit me in within less than 24 hours. Her treatment dovetailed perfectly with the steroid injection I received hours earlier and provided me with significant relief that would not have been possible with just the shot alone. I can breath again and move with more ease - a miracle considering the pain and discomfort I was in on the subway ride to my appointment with her. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!

I also deeply appreciate that Dr. Jeanette offers community acupuncture, making these invaluable services accessible to everyone, especially those of us who truly need it but might not have insurance coverage for eastern medicine. Beyond her incredible care as a practitioner, Dr. Jeanette is also a friend and mentor. She shared personal advice from her years of wisdom, encouraging me to always stay true to myself when others suggested I follow more conventional norms—a message I sincerely value. Dr. Jeanette is simply awesome, and I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Truly, the best experience I’ve ever had! As someone who has been getting acupuncture for 10+ years, Dr. Jeanette is the best doctor I’ve ever worked with! I’m not even exaggerating. I was visiting in town to support my mom who was recently diagnosed with cancer. I came to see Dr. Jeanette to work through my anxiety, general health issues that were flaring, and boost fertility. She is so incredibly warm, caring, and talented with inserting needles. I have a lot of needle anxiety and I swear she has cured this with her incredible touch! I look forward to coming back to see her when I visit my mom in New York. My mom comes to see her as well. Whenever she leaves a treatment, she has a clear boost in energy.

I started to see Dr Jeanette recently for an ITB syndrome . After 5 sessions the pain and swelling have decreased and i i feel my body has started to heal . Jeanette is a very attentive and emphatetic human being and its a pleasure to be treated by her.

What a pleasant gem to have in my neighborhood. I have now been here twice and will continue with my treatments. I scheduled my appointment after suffering from chronic migraines and being desperate to stop to increase in frequency that was occuring. I could not ask for a better experience. Jeanette is welcoming and runs an organized office. She handles everything swiftly, is very organized and sets you at ease right away. My intake was thorough and my first appointment flew by. I had my second appointment today and had the same experience. Appointments are affordable and the office is really quite lovely. The other patients are kind, and Jeanette is really lovely to talk to - overall the office is just a nice place to visit. I really enjoy the process of acupuncture; it is very relaxing and an interesting experience. After my first appointment I did feel an improvement, and have not had an aura migraine for well over a week (not typical for me). I will be continuing!
