PATIENTS BEWARE. Keep your children away from these people. They have been seeing my child for months, NEVER insisted on a court order, never acknowledge my right to take part in my child’s intake and ADMITTED that they are not equipped to properly assist children under 15 years of age. They are literally built to bleed your insurance and provide mediocre care to its patients. Thoroughly read the reviews, most complaints are centered around the fact that their treatments are a joke, they operate under a broken system and their priorities are simply draining the insurance companies for services they are not capable of adequately providing.

Treats staff as if they’re disposable! Very high turnover rate!

The therapists aren’t very good outside of the stereotypical sayings that anyone can find online

Was informed on the phone my insurance would cover over 60% of my per session care as I was told I had met my deductible and would be paying co insurance. After my first session I was billed the entirety and informed I had not met the deductible. Just not something that health admins whose sole job is ensuring these things are correct should get wrong.

NY OMH has purposefully misreported at least 580,000+ New Yorkers to NICS as "Involuntarily committed to a mental institution" during regular voluntary visits to launder $13M+ in federal kickbacks. In 2005, the NICS Index contained approximately 233,676 mental health records nationwide. By April 30, 2024, the total number of mental health records in the NICS Index had increased to over 7 million. Across 50 states increased reporting over 20 years, the New York regime has single handedly added at least 8.25% of the NICS Index through fraud. Four cases: McKay vs New York (misreported a nurse) Richey vs Sullivan (misreported a veteran) Susman vs Sullivan (misreported an FBI agent) Krenzer vs Wilkins (misreported a rape survivor who came to you for help, and then a decade later OMH Charles Vaas weaponized your original crime to provide the Democrat's Task Force with a fraudulent statement for a warrant used to kidnap Krenzer with a freight train on Holocaust Remembrance Day 2022 and rob her licensed, legal gunshop). There's jail time in yall's future, shadow government mobsters at Office of NICS Appeals and SAFE Act!

Therapists act like they don’t care about my issues and asked me random questions

I look forward to my therapy session once a week! A chance to get advice and comfort and help me reshape my thoughts to a more positive way of thinking

Very disappointed with my experience. I had a Saturday appointment at 1:10 and the therapist never showed up. I called her, emailed and called the business and did not get a single answer. I waited and checked the zoom periodically and the therapist still didn’t come. With about 5 mins left of what would have been our session, the therapist finally got in touch with me. I tried calling the business a couple of times to discuss my dissatisfaction with no answer. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
