Manhattan Wellness Group's Online Review Report Card

I always try to work things out before writing a bad review — but after a full year of trying, I’m done. While I’m sure there are good people in this company who have nothing to do with this, I’m desperate to get my refund and be treated fairly. The product division is an absolute scam. I bought their massage gun for over $200 on Amazon. It broke after two weeks. Amazon replaced it, but the new one didn’t work either. Since Manhattan Wellness stopped selling on Amazon, I had to deal with them directly. After weeks of chasing them down, Kathy finally replied and said if I paid $60 for shipping both ways, they’d send a new one. I did. It took months and multiple emails to get that replacement. By the time it arrived, I’d already bought another brand because I needed one for my neck. I put the new Manhattan Wellness one in storage. When I finally opened it — nothing. It won’t even charge. Total junk. I emailed Kathy again asking for a refund plus the $60 I paid. Weeks later — still no response. If they’re willing to scam me, ignore me, and act unprofessional, how does that reflect on their therapy business? This is a New York City–based therapy and wellness practice that claims to specialize in mental health, couples therapy, and well-being. The irony is unreal — a company claiming to care about people’s wellness can’t even treat their customers with basic decency. If this is how they run their business side, what else might they be doing that’s unethical behind closed doors? They owe me $300 total, and until they make it right, I’ll keep posting this everywhere. Kathy — you have my email. You know what to do. I had multiple herniated discs in my lower back, which flares up in serve pain once or twice per year, and also experience nerve pain to my arms from my herniated disc in my neck. Throughout the past 20 years, I have been under care of Dr Rashad Trabulsi and his team. Anytime the pain flares up, his amazing team would get it under control quickly. Whether it’s the acupuncturist James doing the needling or the pain management MD for the nerve block for the server pain. I have been living much more pain free and better under their care. And thank god their office takes all types of health insurances. They are also conveniently located near my office NBC in midtown New York City.
