Manhattan Wellness Group's Online Review Report Card

I always try to work things out before writing a bad review -- but after a full year of trying, I'm done. This company is a scam. I bought their massage gun for over 200 dollars on Amazon. It broke after two weeks. Amazon replaced it, but the new one didn't work either. Since Manhattan Wellness stopped selling on Amazon, I had to deal with them directly. After weeks of chasing them down, a woman named Kathy finally replied and said if I paid for shipping both ways -- $60 -- and sent the other one back, they'd send me a new one. So I did. It took months and multiple follow-ups to get that replacement. By the time it finally showed up, I had already bought a different brand because I needed one for my neck and months and months had gone by! I stored the Manhattan Wellness one, unopened, until recently. When I finally plugged it in -- nothing. It won't even charge. Total junk. I emailed Kathy again (weeks go by, as usual) and told her I wanted a full refund plus the $60 shipping I paid. Nothing. No response. If they're willing to scam me out of money,send me products that don't work, ignore me and act completely unprofessional, how do you think that reflects on their actual therapy business? This is a New York City-based therapy and wellness practice that claims to specialize in mental health, couples therapy, and overall well-being. The irony is unbelievable -- a company supposedly helping people heal and feel better can't even treat their paying customers with basic respect. While it is unfortunate that there are probably many innocent people in this company that have nothing to do with this massage gun scam, I am desperate to get my refund and be treated fairly. I won't accept the fact that they sent me a product that doesn't work and won't accept accountability for it. If this is how they operate on the business side, what else are they doing that's unscrupulous behind closed doors? They owe me $300 total, and until they make it right, I'll keep posting this review everywhere. People deserve to know the truth. Kathy, you have my email. You know what to do. A very frustrated and formerly very patient customer who has had enough.

I appreciate the holistic treatment provided by Manhattan Wellness. They have a staff ranging from Chiropractic, physical therapy, massage, acupuncture and cupping!

Fraudulent. This doctor/businesses Instagram page posts "cracking" videos. The only problem is that they use fake cracking audio that they overlap with the video to make it seem like it's real. It's really obvious, such as the doctor nor the patient wearing microphones and patients not even reacting to it, and the point is to make it louder and seem like he's doing more than he actually is. It's extremely misleading to the customer. That's false advertisment and really surprised a business would do that to people just to get them to come in. Dr's. Trabulsi & Kasdhan are incredibly knowledgeable in the human body and especially spine! I am sad I do not have the ability to go to their practice but recommend them without reservation!

There are three main reasons I’ve been a long-term patient of Manhattan Wellness Group: 1) Comprehensive analysis and treatment plan – Dr. T, Dr. R and the team treated my sport injuries, back pain, scoliosis and lastly supported throughout my pregnancy which enabled me to remain fit and active for the entire term; 2) Trust – Dr. T, Dr. R and the team have always been transparent about treatment effectiveness, worked with my insurance and always followed up after new treatments; 3) Individual approach to each patient – Dr. T, Dr. R and the team begin each session with assessment of the current condition, they practice a whole person approach and tailor each treatment for your needs. They target the root cause so that they can not only treat the symptoms but also empower patients with the ability to prevent future health issues. Amazing doctors, amazing team and great locations! Highly recommend💪💪💪

I have been going to Manhattan wellness for a over a month and feel great! I started going because of sciatica pain that was so bad, I had a lot of trouble walking. Because of the combination of the different therapies that are practiced there, I am almost pain free!! I love that I get to have some chiropractic work, Accupuncture, cupping, physical therapy and best of all a massage during each of my appointments there. This is without a doubt the best physical therapy practice I have ever had the pleasure to go to.
