This was my first visit with Dr. Goncalves. It was supposed to be a video visit, but I was asked to come in and I'm so glad I did. I was very impressed when he THOROUGHLY reviewed my medical history, then drew a diagram to explain what could be causing the condition, and how it would be treated. In the past, only my symptoms were managed, no attempt to discover the underlying causes. Very happy that I was referred to Dr. Goncalves.

Dr. Goncalves is an excellent physician, with matching bedside manners. BUT He only works at Weill Cornell 2 days a month which makes it nearly impossible to get an appointment with him in NYC. I had to change my endocrinologist. He recommended a name for me.
