Mark E. Pruzansky's Online Review Report Card

Woman who answers the phone has absolutely terrible phone skills. Couldn't even book a consult because the conversation was so unpleasant I hung up on her. I do not know this doctor but do not recommend because his staff is low level. Who hires people like this on the upper east side?

Dr Mark is great - have treated multiple injures with him. Taking one start off because of attitude of one assistant - it’s dreading to call the office as she has no patience and gives you attitude. I feel like I have to apologize for not having an “easy” last name to find my information.

Saw several times...each time was like starting at square one. At first visit with him I brought MRI pictures on my phone to show the doctor--he would not look at the MRI saying he will get the disc from the facility and view on bigger screen ..each visit I would ask if he reviewed the films and he never had (eventually saying he had the report which was all he needs & which he had from day 1 when I brought it to him). Not impressed

Dr Pruzansky. Is very caring, thorough and skilled. He is very open to non invasive options before arriving at a surgical solution. I saw him for 2 different trigger finger problems. One was cured non surgically and the other, years later on a different finger, was cured surgically. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any hand related problems

Dr. Mark E. Pruzansky is an excellent hand surgeon and caring doctor. I would recommend his services to anyone who is searching for a pioneer in his field. I was very pleased with the quality of care that I received from him and his staff. I will continue to see him in the future should any issues arise with my hands or wrists. I trust him whole heartedly with any surgical procedure pertaining to my hands or wrists because my past surgical results were exemplary.

Dr. Pruzansky The Elder (Mark) is one of the best doctors I have ever consulted, and believe me, I've consulted many, many doctors in my lifetime. He not only knows everything there is to know about hand and arm injuries and how to treat them surgically, but he is also patient, friendly, completely professional, and even has a great sense of humor (when appropriate). He has operated on three of my trigger fingers, all of which have healed up beautifully, are totally pain-free, and are usable again. He is truly a five-star MD.
