List of Mark Gorelik's Reviews
We will miss Dr. Gorelik a lot. Dr. Gorelik has been taking care of our daughter. We have been able to rely on him with all our questions and each time he has made sure that the problem is solved. thank you doctor.
We see Dr. Gorelik for our son's arthritis. We really enjoy seeing him and he is always available via the electronic system to answer questions (and quickly!). We also like that he doesn't force us to use medications and lays out the options for us to choose which one we feel is the best. Although sometimes we do have a long wait to see him, it is always worth it.
Dr. Mark Gorelik is an outstanding doctor, he has helped my son tremendously. He provided my son with the proper treatments and my son is now in remission. When I have questions, Dr Gorelik, personally always response in a timely manner. He cares for his patients.
Dr. Gorelik made the right diagnosis for our child and put her on medicine which helped fix her pain and doesn't give side effects. Whenever we need to speak to him he is available as well. This is a great doctor for rheumatology.
Dr. Gorelik and his staff were excellent and welcoming. As a single parent they put me at ease and let me know they would do everything to help my daughter. Dr. Gorelik has excellent bedside manners and is very thorough with giving explanation of what was happening where both my daughter and I could understand. He often asked if we had questions he could answer. His recommendations and diagnosis have put us at ease and made our transition to better understanding the diagnosis and care. Dr. Gorelik thank you for everything you have done for us and all that you continue to do for others. We happily recommend Dr. Gorelik.
Dr. Gorelik made the diagnosis of spine arthritis in my son who had been suffering from back and foot pain for years and had visited many specialists. We started the injection medicine recommended and the pain went away completely.
Appointment time is 9 am - seen at 10:30. We live an hour away so by the time we get home, taking your child to school is not worth the time. Be prepared to wait / take an entire day. This happened at both our appointments. The staff are very nice/friendly. Not sure he listens to the patient. When told "I am in constant pain" he put in the chart "discomfort". Tried to explain that my child has a very high pain tolerance with very specific examples of things that had happened and did not seem to take it into consideration (dislocated shoulder with torn tendons that she did not tell us was hurting until days later when as she said "it really hurt"). "Sleep" is the main plan for my child who is in high school for pain control/relief. Per the doctor: Her symptoms expressed are indicative of RA but because she is still functional and the RA lab at 49 was the only indicator he felt it was inconclusive so he did not feel treatment was warranted and wanted to take a wait and see approach. We have been doing the wait and see approach and have a GREAT primary care physician that has been trying multiple avenues and felt having a specialist to evaluate would be a good avenue. Now she will be gone during the Summer (3 months) and in pain. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
As a first time patient it is extremely disheartening to have an appointment scheduled for 1:30pm, taking your child out of school, and still in the room without anyone coming in at 2:04pm. I wonder how much longer I will be sitting in here.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
