Dr Robert's recommended a certain surgery for my foot that no one else had suggested and I took his advice and I am so pleased with the results. His office staff are incredibley nice and helpful. The surgery was very successful and recovery was an ace. Best medical experience I've had in a long time.

After reading posted reviews of Dr Roberts I feel that I went to the wrong Dr Roberts. I DID NOT find this Dr warm and friendly AT ALL. I am a very direct person and I like the same response. There is a difference between direct and a cold and non caring attitude. I found Dr Roberts to be rushed. He did not seem to care about what I had to say about my problem. He felt that he knew all of the answers about how I feel and about my pain and lack of motion of my foot. He was wrong on all accounts. He did NOT want the challenge of my problem. He basically gave me an ankle brace shook my hand and quickly left. He didn’t leave because he was busy since he did not have one patient waiting. He did not care about me at all. I have had two surgeries at HSS and my husband has also had two surgeries at HSS. The surgeons we used for these procedures were kind and warm and very professional unlike Dr Roberts.

Dr Roberts and the care that we received were extraordinary. Dr. Roberts expertise, genuine caring and compassion were palpable. He answered all questions on the patient portal and called after surgery to make sure everything was top notch. The hospital also followed up as well. I can't say enough about the care and expertise that we received. Much appreciated.

I had reconstructive foot surgery done by Dr Roberts, I had a complicated case with several issues and he was ableato address them all and came upuwith a comprehensive solution. It's been a year now and I'm walking without a brace, I used to need a smo and im relatively pain free. He was with me every step of the recovering process post op. I really enjoyed hishno nonsense approach and deep concern for my outcome. I would recommend him to anyone and would go to him for any future surgeries.

Brought injured teenager in series of consults. Doctor was knowledgeable, kind, and very patient with her. He explained all options and was conservative in approach—did not push surgery or rush us out of office. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
