Super friendly, knowledgeable and really care about educating you and your well being - have seen Helen the most she’s amazing!! Everyone else has been great though as well! (I’m recovering from a minor knee procedure to remove cyst and scar tissue)

My orthopedic recommended Metro Sports Physical Therapy to me. I have a number of chronic issues and the therapists asked a lot of detailed questions to get to the root cause to provide effective treatment. The therapists and staff work as a team and all are knowledgeable and friendly. I really appreciate the therapists sharing the details of what is causing the pain and how each of the exercise treat the condition. I would recommend Metro Sports PT to anyone who is looking for effective pain management and injury prevention.

Couldn’t recommend metro sports PT more! Each of the physical therapists has been super helpful in getting me back to normal after sustaining injuries from running. The whole metro sports pt team are all super friendly, and provide you with exercises between sessions to ensure you’re keeping up your recovery.

I highly recommend Metro Sports PT - 37 Street. I have been seen by therapists over the years for various issues, and have received excellent care, explanations about what is going on with my body, and the exercises and encouragement to maintain the healing achieved with them. I have worked mostly with Shana and Helen, and am grateful to know where to go when I need PT.
