Dr. Talmor is a brilliant plastic surgeon. Dr. Talmor did my reconstructive surgery (I had a bilateral mastectomy). At one of the most frightening moments in my life, Dr. Talmor's artistry, coupled with her brilliance and kindness, made me feel comfortable and hopeful. I enter this next stage of my life feeling renewed and alive. I couldn't recommend more highly Dr. Talmor, and, if you're looking for a breast cancer and reconstruction surgical team, you are in the best hands with Dr. Talmor and Dr. Swistel.

Dr. Mia Talmor is the finest breast plastic surgeon in NYC. Period. She is kind, concerned and most importantly beyond a great surgeon. Working alongside Dr. Swistel they removed a huge mass (thank God benign) five years ago. No scars! I now have an enlarged lymph node issue and even tho I’m with Oxford these days and she doesn’t accept Oxford, I wouldn’t trust my life and breast health to any other surgeon or surgical team.

I am grateful every day that Dr. Mia Talmor is my reconstruction surgeon. I have had two surgeries with her, a double nipple sparing mastectomy and a touch up surgery and her work is incredible. I have had lots of physicians tell me how lucky I am to have the result I have and I respond that I chose well! She cares deeply about her patients, is very personable and compassionate and also professional and a brilliant surgeon. You can tell she loves what she does and is proud of her work. She is responsive on email and takes time to answer your questions. Meagan and Catherine, who work in her office, are outstanding and so helpful every step of the way.

I consulted with Dr Talmor for a brief procedure. She was the essence of kindness, understanding and professionalism. At 62, I have consulted with many physicians and believe me, this lady and her support staff are a hidden gem in the great big city of Manhattan.
