Dr. Sisti is an amazing, knowledgeable surgeon. He removed my 3.5 cm acoustic neuroma in 2014. I was very scared but he put my mind at ease by explaining exactly what was going to happen and reassured me that everything will be ok. He was also able to save my hearing which another surgeon was sure that I would lose my hearing after the surgery. I just had a follow-up appointment this past week and Dr Sisti gave me some great advice on strategies to help with my balance. I highly recommend him!

Back in 2009,I went to my ENT and was not feeling right,he sent me for MRI ,and I found out I had a Meningioma,and I started researching Dr's,and I found Dr. Sisti, I got an appointment with him. From the moment I walked into his office,I knew I was in good hands. My tumor was benign,and he advised to check it once a year. In 2016,I had my yearly MRI, then one had grown on the Optic Nerve ,and was not operable He advised he was going to try Gmanife,and the process started. I went to see Dr Tony Wang,first,and then I was scheduled for the surgery. It was a little scary,but I knew I was in good hands. Dr Sisti made me feel so safe,and I knew I was going to be ok. The procedure went well. I was back to work in a few days. I have yearly MRI's,and last year,after the 5 year mark,I am cured. Because of him,I am cured. I give him 100 stars. If you need a Dr,in his expertise,he is the one. The Best Ever! The hospital is aces as well. I was treated with such grace and respect.

Dr Sisti was the best. Explained everything very clearly, immediately addressed any questions and or discomfort. Couldn't have asked for a better surgeon!

Dr. Sisti is a treasure of a neurosurgeon, quite literally. He performed a complex craniectomy on me in order to remove my epidermoid turmor; After visiting several neurosurgeons, some of whom told me that they could not remove all of my tumor or that they'll need the help of another specialist to give them access to certain areas of my skull in order to access the tumor, God lead me to Dr. Sisti ...

One thing I neglected to say was my complete confidence in Dr. Sisti's surgical skills. Under most circumstances, I might have been frightened to have such a serious surgery but I was sure that Dr. Sisti and his team were up to the task. Thank you to all of you for a job well done.

Dr. Sisti operated on my wife with consummate skill to remove a meningioma. Dr. Sisti's unsurpassed surgical talent is equaled by his terrific personality, his caring nature, his integrity, his generous commitment of time and his following his patient throughout the post-operative period. In short, he is an outstanding physician, both professionally and personally, and I could not recommend anyone more highly.

I suffered hearing loss for more than a year. Without finding anything wrong with my ear, I had a MRI. I found out from the MRI that I had a 5.2 cm meningioma. Within two weeks after I'd seen the neurology doctor (who referred to me another neurosurgeon) referred to me by a friend, I decided to have the meningioma removed by surgery. After visiting several neurosurgeons, I decided to have the surgery done at the Columbia Medical Center by Dr. Sisti and his team. In about five weeks after I found out the existence of the meningioma in my head, I had it removed successfully. My recovery is pretty quick, other than the double vision problem which should require more time to recover. From the initial meeting with Dr. Sisti, through the surgery, the hospital stays, to the follow-up visits, we were so at ease, thanks to the utmost care and professionalism of the neurosurgeon team. Dr. Sisti gave us confidence by explaining my conditions, options, and consequences in quick and authoritative manner. (We did have to drop off the MRI CD one day in advance.) Such confidence gave us a lot of comfort in such dreading personal situation.

Dr Sisti is the best of the best. A true miracle worker in every sense of the word. He single handily cured my nephews acoustic neuroma with gamma knife radiation treatment. If you have any neurological or issues with tumor treatments he is the one to see. His office assistant Natalie Guzman is outstanding and professional. They are both a pleasure to deal with.

7 years ago I had an acoustic neuroma. Dr. Sisti was the ONLY doctor to recommend the non invasive gamma knife surgery. I still can hear, have my balance and work out daily. If Bruce Springsteen, Bon Jovi and Elton John were rolled into one incredible talent Dr. Sisti would still dwarf their skills. He is an amazing world renown surgeon and expertise on the brain.
