I recently had to find a new PCP that was in network with new insurance when it was recently changed. I was very disappointed that my previous doctor was not in network. So, I chose Dr. Perez simply because he was located close to my apartment. I lucked out!Though I did not meet with Dr. Perez yet, I met with the rest of the office staff. Jismele, Amarils, Natasha are all responsive,polite and professional and, frankly, cute. The level of service, the professionalism and the fact that visiting that office is a pleasure is something I have not experienced with a doctor's before.I have found the doctor's office to which I plan on staying.If you are looking for a PCP where you will be treated respectfully and professionally, and by attractive and pleasant women to boot, this is where you should come. I love this office. You will too.

I have never waited for LESS than one hour when seeing this doctor even when I had an appointment. Dr. Perez is kind and knowledgeable, but he has no time for his patients. The staff, on the other hand, is awful. They canceled an appointment on my voice mail (I had been waiting for it for 3 weeks!), and then never returned my calls to reschedule it. They never answer the telephone when I call in, and just now I spent half an hour trying to leave a message, only to discover that every voice mail box was full. Terrible, terrible, horrible service.
