Sheila is an amazing acupuncturist and resource. I saw her while going through IVF and now have a lovely 2 month old boy. Seeing her was a calming time each week. She also provided cupping and moxibustion depending on what protocol was appropriate per week. Highly recommend!

I saw Shiela for fertility treatment when I was going through the IVF process and throughout my pregnancy. I highly recommend her for this, I did one cycle of IVF and now have a beautiful baby boy. Shiela is kind and attentive and promotes a relaxing atmosphere. She is flexible with scheduling as well which was super helpful for me.

Had a great experience with Dr Bidar and Midtown AcuCare. She was very thorough, conscientious and gentle. I was in treatment for roughly 8 months and would return in a heartbeat!

I began treatment with Sheila for prenatal care. She is incredibly competent, warm, and responsive. I always feel remarkably better after a visit, and I'm especially a fan of her cupping skills! I recommend this practice 100%

Sheila is amazing. I saw her for breech presentation and within one visit my baby had turned into the head down position. Sheila is a master at her craft and I would definitely recommend her.

Dr. Bidar is an excellent practitioner. She asks the right questions and is extremely knowledgeable. I have various pre-existing conditions that she is mindful of and her advice is always helpful. I originally came to her for lower back pain and throughout the course of a few visits, the pain has decreased to the point that my mobility has returned. She cares about her patients and it shows in her practice. Thank you Dr. Bidar!
