My experience with Dr. Ken Moadel My experience with Dr. Ken Moadel was disappointing and expensive. They charge everything upfront, it’s not a simple consultation, and they even make you apply for a credit card. They charge extra just for the doctor’s years of experience, yet the care and attention are lacking. I saw patients leaving with very irritated eyes, tearing up, and cotton pads in circles; it was clear this was neither a safe nor professional environment. Fortunately, I found Dr. Steven Stetson at Diamond Vision, just a few blocks away, who treated me with professionalism, care, and respect. The surgery was painless, his team cared for me like family, and they speak Spanish. After 8 months, my vision is spectacular — thanks to Diamond Vision. My advice: don’t fall for the illusion that Moadel is your only option. Research, save your money, and prioritize your well-being. There are far more competent and compassionate professionals out there.

Hello Doctor Ken Moadel This is Tom Malone here from Ireland, you fixed my eyes in 1998. I had prk in my left eye and had lasik in my right eye the following year and I'm still enjoying the results, God bless your hands.

El peor de los servicios, la manager de esta entidad tramitó a mi nombre 2 creditos, a parte a esto el credito q pago mi cirugía ahora me está cobrando el doble del valor q costo dicha cirugia.. no recomiendo realizarse procedimientos con esta entidad

Me hice operar alla de catarata en un solo ojo, pero no quede bien operada, aunque quede viendo mucho más claro de lo que veía antes, quede con un problema en el ojo, pues quede como con una media luna oscura a un lado cuando miro y les dije y me hicieron disque una limpieza con lazer, pero quede peor, porque ahora todo el tiempo se me empaña el ojo, y le dije al Doctor y me dijo que no entendía porque si todo se veía bien, y que no era conveniente limpiarlo más porque depronto era peor. Si estuvieron dispuestos a mirar a ver que pasaba con mucha amabilidad, pero no me pudieron resolver nada. Ya ahora en septiembre va a ser un año que me opere y sigo igual. No recomiendo este lugar.

This review is long overdue. I was diagnosed with myopia and couldn’t see train signs or faces. Dr. Ken Moadel and his staff were very friendly and treated me with respect. All of my questions and concerns were answered. The lasik eye surgery was quick and I was able to see that same day. I received lasik eye surgery 10 years ago and had no complications with my vision. I recommend Dr Ken Moadel to all of my friends and family members.
