Dr Rimawi is excellent, however unfortunately the office is incredibly difficult to deal with, including filing the wrong information with insurance, failing to call back / follow up, failing to refund a deposit etc. Even after they asked for a chance to address feedback before posting this review, I didn't receive any assistance. Very disappointing and frustrating given Dr Rimawi is great.

Dr. Rimawi is great! He patiently listened to me and explained the solutions and the next steps. I really like his way of thorough examination and being solution oriented. I highly recommend him. The office staff was cordial. My turn came pretty quickly.

Great experience with Dr. Rimawi at Manhattan Foot Specialists. Front desk staff was courteous and speedy with my intake and Dr. Rimawi was an absolute pro treating my ingrown toenail. I've had similar procedures done in the past, but this was the most careful and pain-free one I've had due to Dr. Rimawi's swift hand and consideration to my case. He will be first in mind if this ever happens to me again (but hope not!)
