Mary Lee wong MD is professional and great doctor, she is my doctor for over 10 years and take care my allergies and health exelent. I like seen her every year because she is so nice and helpful and explains everything for me and for me to understand

This office is incredibly incompetent and never answers the phone or returns calls in a timely manner. Most everything goes through an offsite "overflow" call center and eve if you call over and over to get someone in their office the response is "I'll get someone else to call you." The return calls come days later and include further hedging and further calls that don't get returned. Brought my son in for allergy testing and blood was drawn in July, its now September and we still have no answers or results. It took weeks for them to call me back and confirm that indeed they or LabCorp lost the multiple vials of blood they drew from my son and another blood draw would be needed. Its been multiple calls/visits and everyone declines to take responsibility, I'm still waiting for them to call me back and make sure they've done all the proper paperwork on their end to do another blood draw. I wouldn't mind if they lost the sample and it was redrawn immediately -- instead I've been sent on an endless goose chase between them and LabCorp. GO ELSEWHERE.

I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Mary Lee-Wong. She was very caring and the process before seeing her was very quick. She was very thorough, friendly, and truly showed she cared. She personally skin tested me and I felt 0 pain. Highly recommend if you have allergy needs, itchy skin, asthma, and the like. The best doctor I’ve seen for my allergies!!

Thank you so much, Dr.Mary Lee-Wong! It’s a blessing I found you, finally a doctor with a strong clinical judgement and the one who listens and HEARS me. I’ve been so sick for so many years, misdiagnosed, abandoned by doctors and neglected. I desperately needed a real care and I finally found it with you! Thank you!!! 🙏🙏🙏 Guys, if you had to wait for your appointment I’m sorry but believe me it’s so worth it. I was seen on time, however, but even if I had to wait for a doctor like Dr.Lee-Wong, who can actually TREAT me, I would because I’m very sick and all other doctors only cared about billing my insurance and “treated” me as long as my symptoms were somewhat under control, then as soon as I started having horrible reactions to their new medications and the ER did not know what to do with me they all abandoned me right away without any transfer of care or communication or prior notice. I wish we had more doctors like Mary!

I visited my Mt Sinai allergist, Dr. Packianathan (who is a very good doctor) in February 2020. At the time of the visit, I asked her front desk associates if there would be an additional co-pay for the allergy testing, to which they responded, No. In March I get socked with a bill for exact fee I was told I would not be charged for. I called Mt Sinai's billing department to dispute and was told that a supervisor would be in touch. Now months in, and after numerous phone calls, not a single manager/supervisor has ever once had the decency to contact me. Today, I finally got a lovely billing associate on the line who did her best, but without a supervisor present (they seem to be unavailable at all times) was unable to resolve, and I decided to simply pay the extra charge and move on. Suffice it to say, don't trust the desk staff and don't hold your breath for a supervisor to get back to you. The management has ruined my experience at this practice.

The best allergy department! I had an appointment with Mary Lee-Wong, such an amazing Doctor! She was very kind and informative. She helped me understand a lot about my allergies. Also a good conversationalist which I appreciate very much! There was not a big time of waiting, and there was amazing staff. Would definitely recommend all!

avoid at all costs! I had an appointment with marry lee wong 2pm, came 1:40 to make paperwork and was waiting 2 hours!!! they took people for 2:30 and 3 and i was still sitting and waiting!!!
