I'm not sure which one hospital I was transferred to but I was dismissed, oppressed, and lied to by these so-called healthcare professionals that don't know a symptom from a condition. Or a emotional state from a mental health diagnosis. They need to go back to medical school to learn the difference before meddling in the lives of healthy or sick individuals. I haven't forgiven or forgotten who I'm referring to. I pray that they get fired for negligence and malpractice against my health and anyone else's who might have been a patient with them. To the many others that may or may not be struggling with their emotions or mentality, you don't need a pill or injection to fix or alleviate that. You can figure out what's wrong with time, patience, and the "right" kind of people to communicate your problems to. Not these young students straight out of grad school or doctors in different fields with no human connection to understand the difference in a person's health by their words or actions. The medical community skews you into believing that their medicine or prescriptions does more good than harm, which is a blatant lie. Own your multiple states whether it be emotional, mental, or physical or you could end up losing something you can't get back.

This is the worst hospital. Worst nurse care it's terrible don't come here. They keep hostage of your clothes don't serve you food. They have incompetent nurses they are fucked up. I hate the service here, by far the worst hospital I have ever been in

This place is awful I tooked my grand daughter 2 years old at the emergency department, she had atsma and they didn't give her a treatment, she had fever but they didn't check her ears, and the nurse was forcing her to drink the medicine by squeezing her nouse instead of working her way around, they didn't do xrays or blood test they was just worry that she can can have covid however she was negative, when I when to the pharmacy they wasn't able to dispense the medicine because the Dr didn't put the right amount or how many times in the day. If what a day!

Horrible hospital don’t go especially if it’s an emergency

Tracy and Marco, Mr Guerrero went above and beyond and was very patient with me. And this is 8am in the morning nothing but Smiles and 🌹🌺 ,👍🏽

El departamento de emergencias pesimo una hora esperando con mi niña y no a venido un solo pediatra ni la enfermera, no tienen un departamento especial para niños no tienen personal suficiente ni entienden que a los niños no se les puede tener esperando para ver un doctor de emergencia mas de una hora y seguimos aquu esperando desde q mi niña nacio la hemos atendido en la 14 y primera avenida que todo solia ser rapido, desde que empezaron a renovarlo nos toco venir a esta ubicacion pero deja mucho que decir del manejo de personal en emergencia.

Traveling to NYC and had to get an urgent check at Labor and Delivery unit. They were so incredible! Saw me quickly, did all the checks, and provided reassurance that baby was ok. The care from the triage nurse Beth and everyone else that checked me was just amazing. So thankful to have been able to get care here! ❤️

Good rooms, decent nurses. But unfortunately not the best doctors. It really makes me distrustful of the doctors here because they will just lie to your face to placate you. Which in my opinion is a terrible thing to do to a patient. At least have the decency to be honest and not placate someone just to be able to charge insurance as much as possible. Being in terrible pain for days and doctors just lie to my face about putting in orders. The nurse supervisor was wonderful and gave the best advice just deal with it on your own! Great advice! If even the nurse supervisor is telling me to go and take care of my pain in a better setting you know it’s an issue Also update, even though mount sinai posts replies, they DO NOY DO AJYTHI BFF ELSE! They literally just ask for your name in a form and that’s it… that is not a proper response, it’s more to make it seem like they care when in fact they don’t. I am greatly disappointed

ER should be avoided at all cost , terrible 7 hour experience and just had to leave at the end because no Dr returned to discharge me. Stay away from here
