As many of you know fertility is a difficult time full of uncertainty and fear. NHFC has done a wonderful job of alleviating that. From the moment you walk in Tony and Soriana are there with warm smiles and timely service the phlebotomist in the lab like Sylvia have a wonderful kind and gentle touch sonograms can often be uncomfortable and very unclear however Maria the sonogram tech was so friendly and informative I finally was able to see and understand what we were looking at my concerns were eased by a wonderful nurse practitioner Ember who answered all of my questions and could not have been more optimistic and positive thank you ladies you have helped more than you know.

Dr Zhang seems to genuinely care and follows through on each promise ("I'll follow up with you in 2 days", etc.). Unfortunately, it is the coordinators who are terrible at their job, and just horrible uncaring people. I was an out-of-town patient and the coordinators forced me to miss two retrievals, because the lab I used sent the results at 2:30pm instead of 2:00pm. I am not in control of a lab, and all I can do is call and beg and follow-up with New Hope when the results are sent. But for a 30-minute delay they refused to give my results to the doctor, even though I told them my retrieval was tentatively scheduled for the next morning and those results would confirm it. The coordinators didn't give a single damn, and twice I lost out on my hope to be a mom. I never went back after the second time they refused to help me. They clearly don't care and I would not recommend this place to anyone who lives outside of NYC.

From the doctors to nurses, I can say from my experience they all deeply care. I’ve had multiple children with this clinic and they make the impossible possible. I’ll never forget the days of my embryo transfers, everyone wishes you good luck in the most sincere tone, and it leaves you with the warmest feeling of hopefulness. Thank you to everyone at New Hope for all the help throughout the years!

Jenny Lu was wonderful and extremely helpful throughout the process. The nurses were also very kind and attentive. I’m very grateful for their support and highly recommend their care.

I had so many eggs retrieval procedure done at New Hope. Every doctor, nurse and technican are professional and friendly. I wanna give the shout out to the nurse Claire who constantly checked on me with all apple juice, cookies and water to make sure I got my energy back after eggs retrieval. She also provides me heating pad and blanket to relive the uncomfortable symptoms. Overall, this is the place you can trust and believe the positive outcome is on the way.
