The acupuncture service was great. I leave feeling relaxed every time. Also, professional massage and cupping. Highly recommend!
The doctor is knowledgeable. I went in to address circulation issues and can validate that the doctor knows her stuff, so no issues on that front. She gets 5 stars but the corporate office gets 1 star. I’ll throw them a bone since I can’t give 0. Mind you, the financial district office is not the most inviting environment, but my main issue is the fact that they clearly advertise that they accept insurance (see pic from their brochure), but they DO NOT FILE THE INSURANCE CLAIM!!! They were listed as a provider in my insurance and I also reached out to them to confirm and they said yes, we take your insurance. They said they were not the quickest to file but it’s been over a year?! Are they still backlogged or do they scam their patients?! I have essentially accepted the few visits I had to be sunken costs at this point ($700 or so). On your first visit, they will have you fill out paperwork with two options. One is that you accept prebill and they will file the claim on your behalf or the other is they do the claim and then you sort out the payment directly with insurance. Something along those lines but the latter was sold as more cumbersome of a process and they emphasized the need for trust as they are providing services even though you don’t pay upfront. Should I laugh now? I had initially filled out the latter and then said it was ok to prebill me. TAKE CAUTION! If you choose to go here, choose the option where you are NOT prebilled. I really hate to write bad reviews but I feel it is only right for others to know so you do not have the same experience as me. Or am I the only one??? Also what really irritated me was the fact that they kept reaching out to schedule a follow up but I told them that I’d like the insurance claim to go through before I book further appointments. Clearly I never got bothered again after that text because no one bothered to do the medical claim in the end. The doctor is not a joke but the office administration is.
Great service, very communicative, kind, and efficient. Listened to my concerns and very easy to schedule with.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
