Wait time to have blood test taken was more than 30 minutes. Technicians and receptionists were all very professional and helpful as was the doctor with whom I met. Being able to get a short print out which provided some test results was very helpful.

Everyone in the office was pleasant and helpful. We were there for a consultation and Dr. Novoselac explained the test results he got so far in a calm and easy manner.

First visit yesterday Appoiment began on time So nice dr. Ramandeep, organize place and great staff all professional !!

Saw Dr Babbra for my last two visits. Excellent attention to detail when assessing my condion. Very thorough both with tests and explanation of results.

Dr Panzera is exactly what I was looking for in a hematologist. Personal care for my particular circumstances. I should mention that I left my previous one because of poor assembly line care from both the Dr. and the nurse practitioner. The previous Dr. gave me different instructions, than what they wrote in my chart. They just assumed I was the same as every other patient without even looking at my chart before talking with me!

Terrible experience here. The first issue was when I was prescribed a specific type of iron infusion and they failed to inform me that insurance hadn’t approved it. They let me show up and then told me that the new treatment plan required 6 visits instead of 2. The second time I scheduled a visit I call that morning to double check the appointment time. When I show up at the stated time they tell me I’m actually not in the schedule for that day and have to come back. After I tell them this is unacceptable the only option they give me is to wait and when I press to ask how long they say until around 4 pm. (It was 10.30 am) Never use this place. Try American infusion center or anywhere else

1 issue. When I asked for a copy of my completed questionnaire, I was told it was offsite and unavailable.

Dr Panzera is always available to provide intelligent,, well informed and thoughtful care. She is also pleasant and caring. I have total confidence in her advice and recommendations.

Dr. Gruenstein and his team have always treated me with expertise and compassion, and have had my well-being at the heart of all our interactions. When my symptoms and his testing did not reveal the cause of my illness, he did not hesitate to refer me to another specialist, but he stayed involved to ensure my treatment progressed successfully. I cannot thank them enough.
