I had a wonderful experience meeting Dr. Rokhsar at his Manhattan Office. His staff are very kind and made everything so easy. Dr. Rokhsar was able to help me quickly and efficiently. Without any hesitation or uncertainity he was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I want a "home run" like he says and I am more than confident in his skill and expertise. Thank you for being an honest and upfront Doctor.

Visited the Dr. Rokhsar today for a relatively minor condition. Although this could have been a brief visit the doctor took time to carefully exam me and counseled on preventative skin care. The office staff was friendly and professional. Very pleased with the care and thus can highly recommend.

I don’t know where to begin , my son was on schedule for a procedure at this practice, everything looks good, he use the FSA card to pay for a consultation $250 I don’t know why so expensive but they have their reasons, he went for a second visit and pay another $500 probably he didn’t read or check before keep going, the day of the procedure he received the topical anesthesia, and after that he was asked to pay the rest, he ask how much, they said $3,700 he didn’t have that amount , and honestly I will not pay that much if I knew since the beginning, the nurse wiped his area send him home, he was in pain the next couple days, now I wasted $750 in total which they will not refund , because those are their policies, lesson learn please investigate, get informed before you sign any documents with them .

I am writing this review anonymously due to legitimate fears of retaliation and continued harassment following my experience at this practice. I visited Dr. Rokhsar's office with a legitimate concern, only to be dismissed and told I had "nothing to worry about." Despite my unease, I trusted his judgment only to end up in the ER when the issue escalated severely. The medical professionals there were shocked that my condition had been brushed off. Now, instead of addressing what happened, Dr. Rokhsar's office is harassing me with threatening calls, even suggesting they will take legal action against me. I’m being intentionally vague for now, but I want to warn others: if you feel unheard here, trust your instincts and seek a second opinion. To prove this isn’t exaggeration, I’ve attached a screenshot of the voicemail (from the office phone number) where they mention legal action. The fact that Dr. Rokhsar would rather intimidate a patient than reflect on their misjudgment speaks volumes. What should have been a simple visit turned into a grave health risk. Proceed with caution. I am writing this under a separate name as I feel threatened by this practice.
