Every experience with Dr. Belkin is a fabulous one. He is truly outstanding. Dr. Belkin has the most incredible disposition that most drs should and need take lessons from him. Worth every dollar!!

I had a great experience here, which is no surprise. Dr. Perlmutter is my derm of choice ever since she removed a mole I had on my face 10 years ago. I don't go often, but especially for any procedure I trust her completely. Her demeanor is friendly and focused, and she answers every question thoroughly and patiently. Wait time was nothing, and her assistants and the front office staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and informative. Recommend!

Negative First Impression: A rude receptionist sets a negative tone for the entire customer experience, potentially deterring clients from engaging further. I normally wouldn't pay any bother but I had time before lunch. A rude receptionist can severely impact a business by damaging its reputation and discouraging potential clients. This negative impact can translate to lost leads, lower sales, and ultimately, a decline in customer satisfaction. Worst part is she hung up before I could get her name. What a shame.
