22 minutes on the phone just to make the appointment to come in. At minute 23 they explain that this location doesn’t even do what this call is entirely about. This was a bad experience made much worse by a lack of basic communication.

I was very happy with the professionalism of Dr Tuyama, Nurse Brigette and others during my recent procedure. However, I tried to reach the on call doctor with a concern and they didn't call me back for over 2.5 hours. I needed a timely call back and this delay was very frustrating. Also, a primary reason I chose this practice was location on the West Side. Be aware that all procedures appear to take place at the E 93rd St location.
