Dr.Feng has great bedside manner, patience and is def an expert in her field of work. I got a pair of sleeping plugs from her.

Had a pair of musicians earplugs done here. Everyone is fantastic and the earplugs are a perfect fit. They arrived quickly too.

There is a receptionist there with the most disgusting attitude towards children I've ever seen. The place is the size of a match box. This woman was obsessed with her lunch while I sat waiting for fun after receiving not an actual referral BUT A YELLOW STICKY NOTE WITH A NUMBER. Never again. Before the appointment, you can call them and leave messages no one returns calls. Pointless.

Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. I like the personal touch that the center provides. I left NYU Langone to come here. Glad I did. Highly recommend.

New York Hearing Center saved our vacation after I forgot my 5 year old daughter's hearing aid charger at home. LeeLee was very helpful in confirming they had the correct charger in stock, and assisting with pick up and delivery of the charger. She even went as far to confirm delivery to us of the charger. I am so grateful we found them during our trip. Thank you LeeLee!
