I love this office, the staff and doctors are amazing! My only thing is it’s a 2.5 hour visit when I’m here, so plan accordingly!

Waited 3 hours to be seen for a 5 minute appointment to renew my drivers license. This appointment was scheduled a month in advance, then when I get there an insultingly long wait time. The doctor himself was great, but the organization is a mess. If my appointment is scheduled for 11, I expect to be seen at least CLOSE to 11, not 2.

This place WAY overbooks patients. You'll easily wait at least an hour, more likely 2 to be seen. If you have any other option, take that one

Waited 40 minutes just to be seen. Got my eyes dilated. Waited 2 more hours before seeing the doctor. The staff was dismissive and annoyed that I was asking how many patients were ahead of me. Dr. Stein was nice and apologetic that the wait was so long but I do not recommend this place at all.

Not sure how they have all these ratings. Waited 3 hours and was still not seen. Entire staff decided to take lunch at the same time leaving patients to wait in the lobby for a long time. Front desk girl needs to learn some hospitality.

Horrible el servicio dejan los pacientes muchas horas esperando sin importale nada el lugal muy lujo y cobrando del medicaid cuando el servicio es pesimo y uno llega temprano y sale tardicisimo Son unos mentirosos cuando programan una cita y te dejan esperando muchas horas Deberian cerrar el lugar solo le importa factural al medicaid mi experiencia mala No busquen los servicios de este lugar

The staff are nice and professional and the doctor is very kind. I wish I could give a good review but the wait time is disgusting. I had a total of three appointments in the Bronx and upper Manhattan locations and all three times have waited more than three hours for a 15 minute procedure. I’m not sure if this is the norm for eye care but I visited the Jackson Heights location once and was in and out very quickly. It seems that the Bronx and Manhattan locations overbook patients. I feel bad for the staff who probably have no control over this and have to deal with the upset people. I witnessed other patients become frustrated with the wait time while I was there and one man even started cursing and stormed off. I have to follow up for my care but will not be coming here again and will look for a private practice that takes my insurance.
