Have been going to the PT for over a month now and Dr. Patel has been amazing! She is very knowledgeable and excellent in her work. She listens and provides good feedback and advice. Had issues with my lower back and working with her allowed me to back to gym and lift weights with confidence - she has excellent exercises & techniques to strengthen and engage core in workouts. Would definitely recommend her to anyone who have had injuries and still wants to maintain active lifestyle inside and outside gym!!!

I would recommend NY plaza Physical Therapy to anyone! Hiral Patel is fantastic! I had a lot of pain and discomfort from a sports injury and within a few sessions she had me feeling so much better. She has a great bedside manner, and she took the time to fully understand my injury and started me on stretching and strengthening program. I feel as good as new!
