Dr. Pollack's office has a really friendly vibe. The staff always greets you with a smile and treat everyone with kindness and respect. Dr. Pollock ensues that you fully understand your condition, what's going on, and what to expect next. He great about answering questions, which I really value since I tend to feel anxious about procedures.
