I had a great experience with Melissa Heche and New York Speak and Hearing. After going to two other doctors who were not able to assist with my hearing-related issue, Dr. Heche gave me personalized empathetic care that helped me address the issue and start to feel better. I recommend them very highly!

Dr. Heche is a wonderful audiologist. She treats me and my kids. Since I began under her care three years ago, my speech recognition and sound tolerance have improved (whereas previously, both had been on a steady decline). In addition, she found the right hearing aids for me so I can participate in the world and in human interaction in a way I couldn’t before.

I had a custom set of IEM molds created by Dr. Heche for my Shure KSE 1500's through Sensaphonics. She is their rep in NYC. First and foremost Dr Heche is a delightful person to be around. She radiates a joy, enthusiasm and caring that is so enjoyable to be with that is cemented firmly in place with the highest standards of profession work. The results? Breathtaking hifi heaven on my IEMs. For anything connected with hearing I highly recommend Dr. Heche, at New York Speech and Hearing.

As a first time patient, I walked in Dr. Heche office and the environment was already inviting and comfortable for me. She was very attentive in speaking with me to address my concerns and issues of what I was experiencing. She created a warm environment for me to be able to freely speak more openly on things that may impact my hearing health that I would've kept to myself.
